Unable to Book Test

    Hi all.

    I was trying to book an online test on rsa.ie and ive encountered a difficulty.

    i managed to login using driver permit number and paid for the test, however when i came to scheduling, i clicked about checking cancellations, and i couldnt go back to choosing the date that was available. when i tried then to choose an option on that screen, it said i logged out due to time i think.

    when i tried logging in to continue, what it says is that i have an open application and it wouldnt let me go any further. i have received a confirmation email.

    the only available test is soon, and im afraid im going to miss that if i dont book soon.

    is there any way of logging in with reference number and continuing with the application form?
