Advice on buying MSI laptop (gt/gx) 683/780

Hey all, I posted a while back about buying a laptop (should have made my own thread rather than on somebody elses )

I've been looking at getting a MSi laptop for some time, the gt/gx 680, but since then the 683 and 780 came out, I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with any of these? and what differences there is between the gx and gt

I'm not specifically going to be using it for gaming, but I am planning on using it for video editing/ photos.

As far as I can gather, the only difference between the 2 is that the 780 is a 17" and has a light up keyboard, where as the 683 is 15.6" and has LEDs on the body.

Could anybody point me towards any other places (apart from the Komplett site) to check for price differences, as theyre both around the €1,500-1,600 range (the gt683 doesnt have a blu ray disc drive on the site)

are you gaming at all? They make professional cards as well, not just gaming cards.

Its not at the top of list for me buying the laptop, no. But I would like to know it would hold its on when I do

I got my MSI GX660R from ksn-online this time last year, you check to see what they have.
I'm very happy with my 660, but I dont know much about the new models. The 780 seems to be gone from komplett, btw.
