Could anyone tell me where one lodges a complaint about a court registrar in Ireland. Thanks.

Depends on what jurisdiction - High Court should probably be directed to the Chief Registrar at the Four Courts, for the Circuit, I'd go to the relevant County Registrar, relevant District Court Clerk for the District.

Have to say, though, I wouldn't be expecting much joy from it ... a couple that I'm familiar seem to be untouchable, despite repeated complaints by many different people. I hasten to add that the donkeys are in the overwhelming minority, though. Most registrars are great, and it's a tough, tough job.
