    Did anyone take part in a survey regarding RTE ID, It is a new online service which presumably, will be launched later this year?

    The survey came up when I was the RTE TEN (The Entertainment Network) website.

    Here is some info, apparently in regard to using your account, users of RTE ID can be allowed to share upload or recommend RTE content to any of your frends and anyone else who is the browsing it. I've learnt that you get rewards for uploading content as well as rating and reviewing it.

    The structures regarding competitions is much easier I've heard, you will able to enter the competitions with your user account, saving yourself having go through facebook, if you ON'T have it, and even texting in or ringing up.

    You can use forums to discuss whatever content that is available to you.

    I'd say that is a free service.

    BTW, that survey was up for a limited time I'd suspect. I think it's disappeared now.

    One thing to note that all your data is protected by RTE.

    So what do you think in General?

    Just did the survey today I cant wait for it You can start watching something on your computer and continue watching it on your phone

    Got registered with this service by email just this minute and I have to say what is up with the account on RTE News or Entertainment?

    I can only log into RTE Sport's website at the moment and others including motors, fashion, food, life & style, travel and homes which is a good start IMO. If you are using RTE ID, you can log in using your Facebook or Twitter or by Email.

    If you register with your email, RTE will send you two emails confirming your name, email address and also give you a verification number for your account.

    The other sites like RTE News/Business & RTE TEN are not using the service at all which is very surprising for the moment at least.
