The bonnet looks to be covering a lot of the driver's headlamp.

That's what I'm thinking. Something just doesn't look right to me but I think I need a Ford expert to let me know given QC on cars back then wasn't what it is today as regards panel gaps

Is the bumper 2-tone? The middle section looks to be a different shade to the two side bumpers.
The longer I look at it the worserer it gets:D

That would worry me as they discolour with age. The ends are plastic and the centre section is steel

Looks like it got some painting anyway, I reckon colour co-ordinating was done out of rattle cans by a gnome, same gnome who debadged the bonnet. Iirc the bumpers have seperate end pieces on them and the bonnet in probably fine, I'm sure they opened back like on an E34.

Eh it looks like an old Fiesta, mis-alignment is the least worry...

In fairness it's a 23 year old Fiesta, probably repaired on a limited budget. Rust from a poor paint job would be more a concern than panels not lining up properly.
