Improving ditch flow / water volume

Hi would like to improve the flow / amount in the water of 2 field long ditches that run through land that was planted a few years ago.

they do get some water but only in period of heavy rain and then not a lot. I think they were freeflowing a long time ago but is now pretty dank.

I thought the drainage gullies cut for the forestry might have helped but havent seen any noticeable effect.

They run onto the neighbours land on both sides but theres no chance of improving flow externally...

    thanks

get your digger man to se a molding bucket if that cant take the rainfall id buy a boat, simple principal of increasing the volume of the drain wider and deeper, what do the drains flow into a river or more drains??

Hard to answer really. It depends on your outfall/invert. and how high the water table is.
