The ones from the nonwhite with Chris Farley are brilliant. Depends on what you're into I suppose! I also love the episodes Will Ferrell hosted. Some of the older ones are great too, Steve Martin, etc.

Started watching 2010 and my word this show is great. Was wondering why it is that its never been broadcast over here in the same way that Oprah, Dr Phill, American Idol etc have. It would probably be the best thing on Irish television by some distance.
