I love plain scoop back t-shirts, especially in black. They are so elegant but my god, are they difficult to source. I have found an absolutely lovely one but it's a tad pricy for my budget and is from a small boutique in Australia, so not sure I trust it to arrive. :-/

Any ideas where I might find something like this on or near these shores? :)

American Apparel would be my first port of call for hard to find basics :)

They have lots of scoop back stuff, incl these (although it looks super unflattering on that model for some reason, I think dreadful photoshopping or somesuch)

    Hi OP,

I have two tops very similar to what you posted, the onyl difference is the sleeves on mine are slightly shorter than the one on the Australian website.

I got both of mine in H&M (although it was ages ago) for around €5 or €7 each, and I was there before Xmas and they had a good few of them, in various colours, white, peach, grey, charcoal, black, stiped etc.

That was in H&M across from the Jervis Centre in Dublin.

Cool! AA don't deliver to Ireland but sure, I can toddle into the Dublin branch for a look.

That's gorgeous! I'm size 10 but A-Wear are mad into their vanity sizing in my experience, so I might just go ahead and order it! :)

Tried ordering those tights from the website but there was no ROI option in the drop down menu, just NI. They're only on the UK site which doesn't deliver to Ireland.

Hmm that's strange! I have ordered from them before and got delivery no problem. I'll have a nose around and see if I can see anything that's different.

EDIT: Are you using the UK site or the EU site? http://store.americanapparel.eu/
