Help with shocking memory due to Bipolar?

    I have bipolar type 2, i can cope well enough with it but my memory and concentration is apalling. I had an almost photographic memory in school pre diagnosis so its a killer that it is so bad now and its effecting my job big time.
    Any ideas what I can do? I've started taking fish oils, should I see a change with them and when? Or maybe someone could advise.
