    I believe it is a Garda matter - Ring them and tell them that somebody is abusing their power on an internet forum.

    Yes, go to a CMod. Then if they disagree with you and give long explanations in a clear and concise way as to why you are wrong, accuse them of abuse of power.

    Then go to an Admin, and if they disagree with you and give long explanations in a clear and concise way as to why you are wrong, accuse them of abuse of power.

    Then just go outside and shout "ABUSE OF POWER" at random people on the street.
