Sage Instant Accounts Multiple Currencies

    Hi, Does anyone know if Sage Instant Accounts has a functionality which allows customers to be invoiced in foreign currency but have the invoice recorded in the accounts in Euro? Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

    Not really but you can redesign the invoice layout to show the totals as a different currency, divided or multiplied by a set value

    Hi Mandy,

    Only Sage 50 Accounts Professional can handle multiple currencies. Instant accounts is single currency. As said above you can add the symbols to the invoice layout but if your base currency is set to Euro then Sage will always treat the figures as such. Exchange rate changes and foreign bank revaluations would not be possible either.
