    here's a question, it's not a medical question as such just a question in general and sorry can't find the right forum to put it in,


    I'm taken 1 spoon of Cod liver oil and 1 tablet of centrum, is it ok to take both, I've taken it and no side effects I do feel more energy these days, just a question about it
