aerobics clane/prosperous area

    Does anyone know if there is an aerobics class in the clane/prosperous area, there used to be 1 in the hall in prosperous on a tuesday night but not sure if its still on, that was a good few years ago now, thanks in advance:)

    Don't know about aerobics...but I know that the Clane Tai Chi Club are running a free Tai Chi Trial class next Thursday 19th at the Abbey Hall in Clane....here is their website....

    there are ladies only kickboxing classes on in Prosperous classes on Tuesday evening 7:30 and Thursday morning 10:00. Classes for all on Mondays and Wednesday in the GAA hall. I know its not what your looking for but its a great work out.
