windows server training

Hi all. I am looking for a good hands on Windows server training course. Not to pushed about cert. We are Microsoft partners at the lowest level. The course is for an engineer in our company. Just wondering if any one has any thoughts or ideas?

Windows server 2008 R2

Mainly around server setup, file and print, group policy and active directory.
