    Hi lads,

I am currently playing juvenile hurling in Dublin at u15, but I may have to transfer(inter county) because my team in Dublin does not have enough players. I found out today that the transfer season in Dublin was for one week only, which is over by now. I initially planned on transferring to a club in Dublin, but now it may have to transfer to Waterford. Waterford because I have family down there and will be down there almost every weekend. My question is, does the parish rule exist in Waterford? Say for example, Passage would be my preffered destination but my family is situated in a part of Waterford that is not Passage. Does this matter or would I not be allowed to join Passage?
