Cost windows 7 cd

I have a legit copy of windows 7. I have lost the 32bit cd. Is it possible to down load this from Microsoft or obtain another way? I have the box with serial and the 64 bit version (doesnt run that well on the laptop its installed on)

You can download a burnable ISO from HERE and simply activate it with your legit serial #

Would that include SP1? I cannot install that -64bit
