is anyone else finding that their posts are being created twice?

I thought it was just me, but just noticed it happening to someone else...

I logged out (normally perma logged in) and back in again and it seems to have stopped, but I've noticed a few times that now when I post, it doesn't appear until I refresh the page again

We had some problems with the site yesterday caused by a roll out of some new code. These changes have been rolled back while we investigate what went wrong. It probable that these are linked so I'm going to mark this as resolved for now. If you start experiencing more problems please feel free to reopen this.

I imagine part of it was related to a high number of 503 errors last night and people errantly posting twice.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
