A close friend is having a terrible time with her neighbour.
He is an alcoholic and is making her life a misery. He bangs the doors all hours of the night and recently he asked her "how would she like it if something bad was to happen to one of your kids".
While her 7 year old is playing in the Garden he comes and spits into her garden. He goes out the back and shouts "Your a c***" while her daughter is out playing or of shes putting out the washing. Her nerves are gone.Garda called a doctor and said he is of sound mind.Things are really bad.Her kids cant leave the house to play, even going to school the kids are ben shouted at.Garda cant do anything. Can anyone suggest another root.
My friend approached his family but they dont want to know.He lives alone in a house covered in shi*, no doors, no heating , basiclly his own filth.
    Thanks Cathy

Ask the garda about having an anti-social behaviour warning given to your neighbour.

Who owns the house he is living in? If it a Council house you could try contacting them or if he is renting try contacting the owner.
