Chain is slipping sometimes on the cassette.
I really think the cassette has to change.
Do I have to change the crank set as well or will I get away with it?

No, you might have to change one or more of your chainrings depending on how worn they are but you won't have to change the whole crankset.
Usually a chainring will last for a couple of cassettes though.

I got 5 years out a set of Shimano Ultegra chain rings. Heavy usage.

try a new chain first, then try a cassette, and then you may or may not need the crank. It happened to me and as i changed each part it highlighted the weakness in the others and i changed all 3.
I am now more careful with gear selection and have a chain wear indicator, (€5 on chain reaction).
