Sun Holiday in May - Eastern Europe Destinations

    Hi there,
    Myself and a friend are looking to go away for a lazy week in the sun, Drink, fun, sun, pool/beach etc. Don't really care about the Beach as the last 2 holidays we never even went on the beach.


    This year we are considering something different, so if anyone has any suggestions we would be grateful.
    In a text he mentioned Latvia, Slovakia, or Bulgaria. I have no geographical or otherwise knowledge of these places.

    We are aware that May tends to be the quietest month but this is dictated by work and not by choice. There is no flexibility here. But if anyone knows of anywhere lively in May please do suggest it.

    Also is it best to organise it yourself, or look for a package holiday. Any sites, recommendations and feedback is welcome.

    May is going to be tricky to find somewhere lively unless you go to a city.

    Ljubliana in Slovenia maybe? Or Dubrovnik in Croatia?
