problem with a radiator

    i have a double radiator that only one part is heating up,i have tried the air bleed valves and water comes out of both easily, the inlet pipe is very hot but the return pipe at the other end is cold, any ideas???:confused:

    could be dirt/sludge build up,flow valve may be stuck,is it thermostatic valve?if so,unscrew head and press pin in to see if stuck,is the return valve open?turn anti-clockwise to open

    Thanks for your help,its not a thermostatic vavle,i opened and closed both valves twice, and its working fine again
