    Hey, myself and a couple of girls are planning on going on a j1 this summer ( 2012) starting the end of may until early september. We'd love to go to Southern California but have been hearing very mixed reviews concerning the locals in places lik SAN DIEGO, SANTA BARBARA, HUNTINGTON BEACH hating the irish? Is this true ? We really want to see that part of the US but we're afraid we'll have lots of trouble getting accomodation and jobs because we're irish! East Coast our options are OCEAN CITY ( which is better the one in maryland or new jersey?) , CAPE COD AND MONTAUK NY. ! If anyone has been to any of these places (preferably in the past year or two) any info wud be a great help (especially job wise, accomodation prices and if there's much to do in those areas! Afraid some of the east coast towns wud be boring after a month or so.... :) Thankyou!
