Whats the statute of limitations on the office fridge

    Someone left a nice looking microwave Stromboli in the fridge for 3 days. No takers. My coworker said a day, since every night they come in and bolt-cut any padlocks on the lockers.

    In the past I've obviously not gone near other people's stuff but the amount of stuff you see go absolutely rotten in there, like the owners just completely forget it. Even nice stuff, like restaurant food. Aaand the gross stuff, like 2 week old cans of coke that SPILL EVERYWHERE. I mean, the freezer is off limits IMO, but anything in the fridge will go off within days.

    Whatever though. That stromboli was good.

    Ah, you mean 'fridge tax'.

    Works great for a few morning beers after a cards night in the house or whatever when all your mates are gone home... minus their beers.

    Microwave & nice.

    Not two words I would readily associate with each other when it comes to food.

    Reminds me of a story i heard, seemingly it was reported in a national paper;
    Guest at a restaurant gets a bad meal and complains to the manager, guest not happy with the response, so he demands to talk to the head chef. The chef arrives out carrying the Microwave, puts it sitting on the table and say "talk away".:D

    I'd eat that as soon as the owner left the room.

    :eek: Why am I only learning of the existence of these glorious things now? What is it like a big rolled up pizza dealy?

    It was. Irish places don't get pizza, or Italian in general, all that right though. I mean, you put corn on your pizza for gods sake, and it's dry. Where is the olive oil? It's still good, but in fairness there is better out there.
