Which Rod?

Which rod is the best out of these? or which would be more likely to catch more fish? SIRAX 9" SPINNING ROD + SPINNING REEL,9" DAM ROD + STINGER REEL , EMERALD 8" SPINNING ROD , SHAKESPEARE 10" FLY ROD AFTMA # 7/8, or 8" FLY-ROD LINE HOLDS AFTMA #5/6 ALUMINUM SHAFT. There all ranging between 20 to 40 euros. Thanks :)

Its not as simple as just whatss going to catch more fish...i guess with that your just starting fishing,if so a light spinning rod would be your best hope,stay away from the fly rods if your just starting and want some fish
