2005 Volvo S40 Central Locking Fault

Hi, I've got a 2005 Volvo S40, front passenger door central locking was working intermittingly but has now stopped altogether. Door can open and close/ lock and unlock manually. Was thinking it maybe the motor or wiring loom? Volvo dealers want €110 an hour to put it on diagnostics! Would anyone know a good volvo mechanic who could do a nixer or a good independent garage that can diagnose a volvo and not charge as much. Cheers.

Its the door wiring loom.Looms are around 30-40 each but the labour is a killer as the door has to come off.
