acer aspire 1683wlmi - trying to find drivers

    im trying to find xp drivers for the above laptop.
    they do not seem to be on the website.
    the ones im missing in device manager are "network controller" (which i assume is wifi because i have the ethernet working) and "video controller".

    any advice would be appreciated.

    ++ update
    i should prob add that i did get some drivers on the website by downloading the 1680 series ones, but there is graphics or wifi drivers listed.

    You could try identifying the gfx and wlan hardware by using ASTRA32 then hunting the drivers down seperately.

    In the device manager select the unknown item -properties-details-drop down menu select hardware id's google the id
