I got two in Liffey Valley today and left the other three for someone else. I don't understand why anyone would *need* 5 of them.

You guys bulk buy oven trays to give as gifts?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 734 ✭✭✭battries not included

in my case I was asked to purchase them :)

altogh nothing wrong with giving them as gifts imo, recession and all.. :D

I also need the 5, I just dumped 3 old trays, so 3 are replacements that go straight into the oven and then 2 are spare for the future when I know I will need them.
I like to cook with an oven.

Totally silly question but will these fit in the oven part of the little 2 ring table top cooker thingies? Cant get my head around metric and the pic looks kinda square :-(

You can convert stuff in Google... if you Google "convert 38cm to inches" it'll tell you 38 centimeters = 14.9606299 inches. Don't know if that helps you out!

You should really start using metric though, it's kilometres better than the imperial system!

    LOL :-D
Dont think it will fit so. Mines only 14 inches.

Anyone who bought these try them yet? It's great fun:rolleyes:, you put the tray in and then after 30 seconds BOINGGGGG the tray kinks !!!

Only worth 1.49, If I paid full price of 7.99 for them they'd be going straight back, hope the roasting tray doesn't do that or there goes the chicken - stuck to the roof of the oven !

all trays go boing usually the first time used, its nature.

I just used the flat one... It didn't go boing.. I'm dissappointed.
Could it be the garlic bread that was on it ? maybe has anti boing properties??;)
