Im on a phone at the mo, the location doesnt show up.

In blanchardstown shopping center there is a jeweller called crystal jewellers that sell modern jewellery/watches and also some vintage clocks. Not sure if its grandfather or grandmother but he has one of those style clocks in there.

As an aside he is also a qualified watchmaker/gemologist so he is worth knowing

check the web for Hermle clocks.
They have an American and their German page (also available in English)

They make clocks that cater for all tastes (and wallets), among them a rather fetching (I find) modern interpretation of ye olde grandfather clock

Hello. We are the Irish distributors of Citizen watches.

If you would be interested in a Citizen grandfather clock you can PM me to discuss further. I would have to check stock but I think from memory there are two different versions left in stock - Citizen have stopped production of clocks so we won't be getting any more after these have sold.

    Thanks,

dont waste your money on a modern grandfather clock, you will buy and restore an antique one for the same money if not less. and they look 10 times better in my opinion.
try a few antique shops and you never know what you will find.

    Quoted for truth.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
