Garden share

    Hi all
Last year I read about a garden share scheme being set up in Ireland, where people who didn't have the time or energy(or interest!!) to grow food in their garden, were put in touch with others who wanted to garden but didn't have access to a garden. Then both can share the produce. It'd be a great option for older people who aren't too strong physically but would appreciate putting their gardens to good use.
Does anyone have details of the irish one , or experience of a similar scheme???

Here's one set up in UK - http://www.landshare.net/

    cheers
    shay
