Carbon Fibre Bike advice

    Hi, I'm sure its been asked many times over and maybe you can direct me to the appropriate thread if it has but what do you guys recommend if I was to upgrade from from my TREK 1.2 to a carbon fibre bike. I was looking at a Planet X and also a Turas RR2.0. I'm not into racing, I just enjoy getting out a couple of evenings during the week and at the weekend I won't be racing but I would still like to get a good spec bike that will stand the test of time. Any advice would be greatly excepted. I would be aiming to pay between 1 - 2K as I would only be covering 200miles a week on average.
