Getting removed from gmail's spam list

Has anyone any idea how I go about getting our company's email server taken off gmail's spam list? We are only sending emails to individual customers, two or three a day.

It got on there recently when someone exploited a security problem and used it to send out spam, this is since closed and we have gotten taken off all the other black lists we were on, apart from gmail.

I submitted this to them directly via their page, no response - not sure where to go now...
