It was their fourth in a 4-2 win.

Could be reading too much into it, he may just be pissed off it too so long to score and he had Cavani backed heavily at anytime goalscorer? :)

Would you really be surprised at corruption in Italian football though seriously?

As I said, could be too much read into it, could be dodgy, neither would surprise.

Yeah, I find it more odd that the camera shot straight to the keeper rather than Cavani celebrating.

Hadn't Napoli drawn their last three matches? Maybe he was just frustrated that they took so long to win, or took so long to wrap up that particular game?

It's a stretch to jump to the conclusion that he was involved in match fixing going by just his reaction. I'm not sure if he would have made his reaction so obvious if that was the case.

Ah but it put them 4-1 up didnt it?

maybe he had lumped on the other team +2.5 goals?

had to concede again and wasnt happy about it, thats why he pissed off there only 7-8 minutes left :)

It might be corrupt etc but as a goalkeeper I can say I've often been like this when we've scored and its not because I've lumped on the unders or the -2.5.

It's the 'You finally score after missing 5 sitters in a row and look at you going off celebrating like an obnoxious twat' rage.

    Wtf?

How does that show he's pissed off with scoring

You could say his reaction is one of 'it's about time we killed the game'.

Ridiculous to think that's match fixing from his reaction.

At least it was De Sanctis who went mad and not Cavani. Ketsbaia didn't even try to hide it.

Nice song, sounds like Joe Dolan, but Italian.

It's 3-1, seven minutes from full time
Cavani scores to make it 4-1, killing the game as a contest
But look at De Sanctis' reaction (Cavani's team mate, for non-fans)
    Lucarelli: "7 or 8 minutes"
These images were only shown once on Sky on Saturday 3rd December around 11.45pm but never commented on or analysed. I think there's questions to be asked at least.

So I'm asking myself and you the following...

Why does De Sanctis get so angry? Why did he not want him to score?

Note that Lecce manage to score right at the end to make it 4-2

Was it in someone's interests that there be an even number of goals in it at the end?

Or maybe that there be a two goal difference?
