Parcel returned to sender

    i recently a parcel sent to me by DPD but never received it, they said they could not find my address so they returned the package to the sender. i now have to pay get it sent again. :(
    has anyone have any experiance of anything like this happening , thanks.

    Yes, I have- usually it was because I had either not supplied my mobile number or had put in the wrong information of some sort- in fairness, courier companies do know how to find an address- they have a fair bit of experience and it still costs the company to send it again! The other times is that every time they attempted deliveries, there was no one to sign for it (that's why I have things sent to my office now!)

    It's a pain and frustrating but I can understand why a company would make us pay again. I suppose it's like going to a shop and finding it closed, it is up to us to go back when it's open.
