Hi There,

This is a really sensitive matter but I wondered if anyone could help.

A friend of mine has just became aware that the man who abused her as a child has recently been accused of a similar charge by someone in her community. The man in question is already imprisoned for the charges he faced in relation to her case. He received a suspended sentence on top of the sentence which he is currently serving. I was just wondering if my friend or her family would be notified by an official if he is to be brought to court on these new charges.

any information would be great.

It is unlikely. Your friend has no connection to the case.
