Problems with a wireless router.

    Hi.

I am having a bit of a problem with my wireless Router. The two symptoms on my own laptop are....

    1) When I start up my Laptop I always get the "Limited or no connectivity" message. I right click the connection in the system tray and repair, and it works fine the second time it connects.

    2) I get disconnected from the Network occasionally. I noticed that this particularly seems to happen when I am uploading. I could download a huge file and although it is a bit slow, I could leave the laptop there working away and it will get down eventually. But If I try to upload a big file, I often get kicked off.

Again, I just repair the connection and I connect again fine.

The first symptom about having to repair after starting up my laptop doesn't really worry me as it is no great hassle. But I just included it in case it might help solve what is happening with number 2.

I was on my wifes laptop the other night uploading batches of photos for her and I noticed that she has the same problem with being disconneced when uploading. But she doesn't have the first issue.

It's not the end of the world as I wouldn't be uploading that much, but I am just afraid that it's going to let me down some night when I really need it.

    Thanks in advance
