Hi, does anyone know where I can get online Irish statute regulations in relation to building dog boarding kennels please?

Don't know if any statute regulations exist but you could try

there is a 50m exemption limit for 'greyhounds'.

    see here, part 3 rural class 12 + 13

you would need to check with your local authority if you intend on trying to claim exemption from planning. A section 5 declaration may be required.

Is there any regulations to having a registered business that includes home boarding, max 3-4 dogs at one time in a housing estate? I know plenty of people do this but they probably are not registered or advertising. It is just an add on to a grooming business that I have in mind but I do want it official.

Having lived next to someone keeping dogs for people I think you need to be aware that the noise from dogs barking will eventually annoy the hell out of all your neighbours and someone will report you to the council.

If you are planning on keeping dogs you need to have a lot of space between you and your nearest neighbour. a lot of space.
