The course you are looking for is a FETAC Award in Lab techniques - it may be advertised as Pre-University Science but the correct award title is Laboratory Techniques.

It is offered in many colleges so check out those local to you and all the major colleges in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Cavan offer it. If you have a plan to progress to a higher degree using the award then find out what PLC college the successful FETAC applicants come from.
