UPC box won't come back on

    Got UPC today, stuff arrived and set it up, all working fine and I'm happy as Larry. The girlfriend comes home and I go to show her all the channels and the box won't come on. There's a ticking noise still coming from it, very frustrated, what should I do?

    Try unplugging the box from the esb wall socket ,leave it unplugged for a minute or two and plug it back in.

    Tried that and also tried it in different plugs and that was no good either!

    Yeah she was majorly impressed at me shouting curses at a silver box below the tv!!! :P

    ring customer care up. they will transfer you to Self Install dept. They will do troubleshooting.
