House Renovation

I am looking at renovating a standard 3 bed semi house with an garage/extension on the side. The house is in pretty bad shape. There is a flat roof on the extension and it is leaking. Dampness is coming in through the walls because they are cavity block and because of in correct levels. I am thinking of replacing it with an apex roof. Would I need to get planning for this?

Here is a list of jobs/works that need to be done and I would appreciate any rough estimates in regards to costs. Thanks;

i mite be undertaking a list neary identical to your one soon aswell,

it all depends on the different sizes throughout the house you,d really need to measure everything and just ring around all the different trades you,ll need. but going by the list i,d say budget about 20-25grand.

where abouts is the house if you dont mind me asking?
