I want to unlock the phone myself. Will rooting my phone allow me to pop in any sim I want? I have a meteor sim which I want to swap into it from time to time. Since it's a new phone my provider will probably not give me the unlock code for it as yet. So is rooting a good option? Also I want to get rid of the preinstalled…
