Does anyone know of any foreign software companies who are reputable but are doing work fairly competitively. Any experiences of Indian sofware companies? Any info would be greatly appreciated. It's to do with integrating a Facebook App to a site. Thanks

It mostly works out dearer to use software companies abroad. You seldom get what you ask for.

Search the forums here for "outsourcing" and you'll probably get quite a few results, as it's come up under a number of topics / areas in the past.

Some people outsource overseas and have a wonderful experience, others have a terrible experience.

There are a lot of very talented programmers in Ireland.

Outsourcing to a "cheaper" country might not work out to be cheaper.
