    Hi guys,
    How are u doing?
I recently cancelled my appointment at a physio clinic due to the fact my employer told me last minute that i had to show up to work the night before the scheduled consultation. To my surprise,i was charged 40 euro cancellation fee despite the circumstances being out of my control.
Is this legal and do i have to pay it?
Im guessing, that if i dont they will bring me to court?
    Any advice?
    thanks

If a cancellation fee is mentioned in the terms of making an appointment then it is legitimate. You should check any documentation they have online or that you received from them to see if this is mentioned anywhere.
