Managing email levels

Hi guys,

I'm hitting the designated quota on one of my business emails and need to fix this - the only problem is the tech that you guys use for email access (cp.blacknight.com/webmai) is poor at best TBH - so not only do emails fail to sort themselves into SIZE, but that I can't delete them at the best of times.

Can you please advise on the best option before emails start bouncing back?

If you go to https://altmail.blacknight.com/ there's a newer interface to webmail

If you need business email then you should look at our business email plans:

I suggest you look into cloud based solutions like Google Apps or Office 365. Depending on the number of accounts required Google Apps is availible for free for 5 users IIRC.

The link is in very small print at the bottom here it is http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/group/index.html. It also says up to 10 accounts.
