    Scenario:

    A an imature adult suffers from bipolar disorder and psychosis requiring - professional & specialist consultant diagnosis and treatment. The Doctor prescribes inappropriate medication and a false diagnosis... (out of their scope of expertise skill and diligence).

    If a complaint is made to the medical council about a patients previous and current doctor what could the outcome be - would the Doctors be likely to face any liability - or would you receive a PLFO letter........

    I don't think anyone could advise on this without appropriate medical reports. You would have to consult UK based meds for these. Would be expensiv
