Problem With Dell

    I have a Dell laptop new Inspiron N5110 since August 2011 and I have been having problem with it since.
    It has been taken away for repair once, engineer have come to me to replace hardware and many software update/upgrade has been done on it.
    Now, I called them ask them to replace the laptop or refund my money, they said NO and I still have insurance on it.
    Please help me.
