Can anyone confirm if Netflix is working on the Apple TV 2?
If so, I might just have to upgrade!
    Thanks :)

There are threads elsewhere here that say it was working from yesterday. I have to say I wasn't impressed with what's available on there though. A load of old films and dodgy TV series ! Also didn't like the way they claim you can start your 1 month trial "simply by signing into Facebook" ! You give them access to your page thinking it's that simple just to discover they want credit card details as well. I distrust sites that try to con me.

You can get around the Facebook thing by logging out of Facebook and choosing "sign up with email" on the Netflix web page. Or if you have a PS3 sign up using that.

Thanks Prof. I don't mind them having access to my FB page, it's just the pretense that that's all that's required ! No mention was made of the card details until AFTER I'd given them access to my page so the belief was that you get a months free and they get to put a few posts on my page, seemed fair enough. But giving them my card details leaves me open to charges if the cancellation fails at the end of the months trial.

    Apologies for taking this OT.

Here's the thread over on HE for Netflix.

Thanks for the info - might try it out on the wii before getting a new apple tv.

Specifically for Apple TV, Netflix is NOT working for me. There's an error that 'Netflix is unavailable'

I have no problems on my PS3, iPad or Mac.

Apparently unplugging then plugging in your Apple TV will fix that. I got that issue last night so will be trying that fix when I get home. Xbox 360 app worked fine for me too.
