what piece of modern technology would you ban?

so if you could impose a sentence of decapitation on someone for possessing certain technology, what would it be?

i'd have to ban speakers on smartphones/mp3 players. poxy brats wandering around in groups listening to some noise up loud, and because it's loud, they have to shout at each other. these are bought with a perfectly good pair of earphones, which work a lot better than those poxy small speakers.

I agree, Ive sat in the pub with 4 friends and been the only one not looking at facebook. You can barely have a conversation with anyone before they want to look something up.

MP3 players and phones that play music without headphones....

I feel like John Lithgow in Cliffhanger(?) here but as much as I enjoy music, 9/10 times when people blast it out loud from one of these devices it's sh1t music, tinny as hell and generally of poor audio quality. It renders it impossible for anyone else on the bus/train/tram to carry out a conversation or read a book. It's the height of rudeness and it's not just teenagers and kids who do it.

If I was a braver person I would go over, take their music device and chuck it out the bus window, but I'm not... so I'll just rant here.
