how to create a bridge

Hi, i have a slver netopia router and a black zyxel router. Both eircom. I would like to set up a bridge with preferably the silver router as the broadcast. I have no idea whatsoever as to what settings i need for the black one (repeater). I think i have already got the silver sorted. Any help is appreciated
