Overclocking First Go

OK so I have been reading through the over-clocking forums alot
recently and its beginning to interest me.

Thing is i haven't really got a clue what to do but I would be interested
in trying it.

what are the main advantages to it is it difficult and any other advice
and or tips on what to do..?

Is it possible to over-clock with this set-up? and if not could you tell
me what parts I would need for a future upgrade? and even still the
info would be good to know too.

hi
you cannot overclock (much) with this processor and motherboard
you can get the turbo +400mhz and that is the limit
you need an i5 or i7 k for good overclockig and a p67 or z68 motherboard
