Soft Rock Classics

I was listening to the radio on my way home today when I happened upon Chris De Burgh's (classic) "High on Emotion" (as a side-issue, I've never seen one man work up a crowd in the manner that De Burgh does in this video). I was struck by the uncanny similarity between De Burgh's hit and Rocky IV's "Burning Heart" by Survivor (the best thing about the movie).

Do any soft-rock buff's know if there was ever any legal action between the two due the similarities?
